1946

Foundation of the company Oswald Forst as broaching tool and contract manufacturer by Mr. August Kubitschek.

1948

Construction of a new manufacturing hall and renaming into OSWALD-PLANT.

1971

Transformation of the company into a KG. At that time there were 100 employees in hardening plant, blacksmith`s shop, teaching workshop, contract production, tool manufacture and broaching tool manufacture. 

1996

Company division and takeover of broaching tool manufacture by “Rautenbach – Guss” and conversion into “OSWALD-Räumtechnik GmbH”.

1998

Construction of a new manufacturing hall.

1999

Takeover of OSWALD Räumtechnik by ARTHUR KLINK Group in Pforzheim.
